The Flame is Chanel’s school newspaper and one of our many extra-curricular activities. The articles are decided upon by the students and written by the students. The publication, which comes out four times per year, also features photographs and artwork by the students. This activity is open to students of all grade levels and is moderated by Mrs. Jenny Miroglotta.
Recycle ink cartridgesChanel’s student newspaper, The Flame, recycles! The Flame is part of Cartridge World’s Recycling Program, You can help The Flame by bringing your empty ink jet and laser cartridges to the main office for recycling. Recycling raises funds for the newspaper and helps teach our students valuable lessons about the variety of materials that can be recycled as well as help them develop life-long patterns of recycling. Typically, the most popular laser and inkjet cartridges that provide the most value are HP, Canon, Sharp, and Lexmark. Start saving your cartridges today. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation!
