Simply put, if you attempt to slander or maliciously harm others thru our site or post inappropriate personal information about people's personal lives you will be revealed to them. Not only your Email address but also your IP address. All Internet services keep logs of when and what IP number was assigned to whom during all connections. Considering the real-time nature of this bulletin board, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. No trash talking. 3. No profanity. 4. No personal attacks. 5. No derogatory comments about anyone's race, religion, nationality, or creed will be tolerated. 6. No school-specific recruiting comments or allegations of OHSAA rules violations by any school, coach, or player are allowed. No talking about where any player lives, has lived, or where they are from in a recruiting context. This is not the place to report OHSAA violations. Feel free to contact ohsaa.org to report such violations, but do not discuss violations here. 7. No mimicking anyone's username. 8. No advertising in any form. 9. You may not divulge or attempt to determine any member's true identity. That includes dropping hints about a user's identity or asking a member who he or she is in a public forum. 10. Putting false information on the site. 11. No username's that sound like profanity. 12. Posting creatively to bypass the word and swear filter. 13. No negative comments about any advertiser. 14. No talking about Criminal Activity by juveniles (these matters are private). Even if a player is an adult I still don't want any mention of criminal activity in the high school forums. Also, any mention of any criminal activity in the high school forums is off limits. 15. No gambling or bookmaking comments. 16. No one else may access or login to your account. No one may post messages using your account. 17. No derogatory or disparaging remarks about anyone's username or school (i.e. calling football man, football boy or calling new bird, weird bird). 18. No complaining about the web site, its members, or its management on the forums. If you have a complaint about the web site or any of the members or management of the web site you need to send an email at bob@pbsoftware.com and I will get back with you as soon as possible to address the problem. 19. No proper names (or anything close unless it is your actual name) for your username. 20. When a moderator warns of possible rules violations, do not argue and do not ignore the warning. Arguing with the moderator over such warnings or over the enforcement of the forum rules will result in your suspension. 21. Within reason, you must use correct capitalization, punctuation, and grammar when posting on the forums. 22. No posting just to start trouble. We have the right to determine if topics are being posted just to cause trouble. Member doing so we will lose their privilege to post. 23. Absolutely no political or religious topics or posts, of any kind, will be tolerated. No topics about drinking or drugs will be permitted. 24. If you are an All-Access member and you post content from a premium story on the forums, you will be suspended. No questions asked. You understand that any violation of these rules will result in the cancellation of your membership in STPETERCHANEL.COM. The management of STPETERCHANEL.COM without warning or negotiation will implement said cancellation. Your registration payment will not be refunded as you assume all risk once you have registered and are acquainted with the above rules. Reinstatement (depending on the violation there may never be reinstatement) of your membership following cancellation is not automatic, it would only transpire given reassurance by you that you can observe the rules and post within the boundaries of those rules. Persistent or repeated transgression of the rules will result in your membership in STPETERCHANEL.COM being permanently cancelled.
